They're back! High-waisted skirts have risen again!

I personally love this trend. Like vanilla ice cream, they are classic. You don't have to worry about it falling out of style; classics always come back. High-waisted skirts are flattering and can be worn by almost any type of figure. They show off small waists and give the illusion of small waists to others! Now, they come in all sorts of styles (ruffled, pleated, A-line) and colors (black, brown, even colors like red or purple!). I love them because you can pair them with almost any top and dress them up or down. I particularly liked this one by Exhilaration from Target:

Like I said, you can pair these skirts with almost anything. In this picture, I paired it with a cute grey v-neck tee with a black feather design from Target, and you can't see in the picture, but I am wearing black flats from Payless Shoe Source.
